Purpose Statement: The purpose for Equipping “U” is (1) to help equip the church through teaching and discipling using a biblically based curriculum and (2) to provide practical training both for the members of Kirby Woods Baptist and as a ministering evangelical outreach to our community.

(1) Conflict Resolution in Rm. S302 Conflict is part or our every day lives, but God’s Word shows us how we can use it in a way that glorifies God and helps us to grow more like Jesus Christ. Taught by a Certified Christian Conciliator and court-certified family and civil mediator and arbitrator, the course will show you how to apply Scriptural principles to promote personal reconciliation and lasting resolution to your conflicts and those of others.

(2) Spanish for Missions in Rm. S303 Come learn the basics of conversational Spanish. This class will enable anyone to better converse in the Spanish speaking culture not only at home but abroad as well. Invest your time by attending - especially if you desire to travel on one of our mission journeys to a Spanish speaking country.

(3)Answers Academy - Are We losing This Generation? Rm. S308 The purpose of the Answers Academy apologetics curriculum is to equip the participants to answer the questions the world is asking about the authority and accuracy of the Bible. This class will help you provide logical answers to skeptics, and how to give those answers with a solid understanding of what the Bible says. Sessions include: Defending the Faith, After It’s Kind, The Rocks Cry Out, Big Problems With Big Bang, Astronomy . . . and much more.

(4) Bible Drill for Adults in Rm. S316 Where are those books found? I know that "key passage" is in the New Testament . . . somewhere! Adults, come join us as we learn the books of the Bible, key passages, and important memory verses – without the pressure! Pain free and no public failure!

(5) Studies in Revelation 1-3 Rm. S309 The Growing Apostasy, The Seven Churches, The Roots of Heretical Teachings, The New Evangelicalism, Defending Against Unsound Doctrine - and much more!  Class Notes
